BOOK-WISE OR LEADERSHIP SKILLED PERSON??

Don’t ever think that you smart you can be successful. Yes you can be successful but only in education matters where else in the corporate world most of the CEO or successful business man are more into leadership skill and extrovert rather than book wise-person. For me, I defined the book wise person who scored well every examination, study 24-7, study with a book, eat with book, and sleep with a book. Perhaps maybe dream with a book!

You can rely doing the work to book wise person. They are doing work very well but no intention to achieving something good. Maybe they have ambition or what so ever but they doesn’t show towards on it. Mostly this type of person is introvert.

Where else, the extrovert and leadership person is good in strategies the plan and succeed their objectives. They more often get arguments by their colleague as the plan might not perfect or disagree by some of people. This type of people also easily get job offer as the track records are good in the planning.

In a team we can divide by a nine type of person which is implementer, coordinator, shaper, plant, resource investigator, monitor evaluator, team worker, complete finisher and specialist. Each of nine oriented roles has its strength and weakness, and can be categories into three groups which are Action Oriented, People Oriented and Thought Oriented. I already done the test any my result is resource investigator! Now I know who I am. Thus I will use my qualities to achieve my ambition.

So don’t be snobbish for those who so called ‘intelligent’ people or book-wise type of person. Doesn't mean your are smart you have bright path on your life!

CONVENTIONAL OR ISLAMIC INSTITUTIONS??

As you know, in Islam we are prohibited using interest for returns. Thus, in conventional bank they are using interest to give return for depositors. More over, they also invest our money in any institutions. Some of our money they might invest in casino, beer company etc which is not Halal for the income of Muslim. More over it can give higher returns of investment for the bank.

In Islamic institutions such as bank, they will invest our money only in Halal institutions only and giving dividend as returns to the depositor instead interest which is not allowed by Islam. The rate of return dividend doesn’t fix like interest. However, the return sometime can be increase or decrease. Thus, the return sometimes can be higher compared to the conventional institutions. Most of the time the return is high compared to conventional institutions (interest).

If you own conventional saving account, why not you just change your account to Al-Wadiah / Al-mudharabah since the return would be higher. More over, the return is halal!

My opinions on reducing fuel price towards the economy affect.

Recently, the federal government of Malaysia had just reduced the fuel price RON97 from RM2.55 to RM2.15. It is a good step for healthy growing economy by reducing the cost of living (goods, groceries etc) and especially for a student who drive to the university or college like me. Apart of that it tremendously increases the growing of economy since the price of fuel reduced. However, the negative affect that it might just increase the inflation rate as the money in the market also increase. Example, we can buy anything that we want compared from the previous time which is need a choice between two or more items that we want which can give a great benefit towards us. Thus in a mean time, the prices of goods also increase since the power of buy increases and the inflation increase. So I really hope that the government really study in this matter since our currency exchange are weaker then previous time especially currency exchange with Singapore (RM2.28 to RM2.45), Indonesia (RM0.0000378 to RM0.0000347) and United States (RM3.30 to RM3.60). Sometimes US currency exchange rate would be better if the rate is weaker since our commodity trade using US currency exchange. Thus, it will increase the trade as the other country can trade or buy more our product. Thus the production in the country increases and the job vacancies also available with the respect of increasing of trade and production. So it can prevent the jobless people in this country. My suggestion that let it be RM2.00 or RM1.80 is the benchmark of the fuel prices and increases the exchange rate to Singapore and Indonesia as I travel often to Indonesia :) and I want to be our country exchange rate wouldn’t give a much different with Singapore. Malaysia is a good country why it can’t be the exchange rate like Singapore since our country better then them?

This is only a student opinion. :)

<<< INNOV8 RUN >>>

Last Saturday on 1st, November, 2008. Innov8 run just held with the total 15teams. Each team will have 3 participants and 1 marshal. Our starting point is on the Samsung Service Plaza beside Avon headquarter in Petaling Jaya roughly at 10.30am. Before that we had a briefing how the game looks a like and as well as how to operate the Innov8 hp since we are giving 2 Innov8 hp during the race. One of the handphone for GPS and another one is for call and internet. We are giving one t-shirt of Adidas and a sticker as well to place at our team car, which is no15.

Before we start, we have to play Innov8 game which is call Asphalt 4. The handphone connected to LCD TV so that other participants can see and the judges as well. The fastest team who finish the game will start the game first and our group managed to get number 4 the fastest team. Each team has to wait for 5minutes after each team started. For our first hunt place is somewhere near Wisma KKAUM then followed by Digital Mall, Menara Kuala Lumpur, Sungai Wang and lastly at Batu Caves. Before we went to Menara Kuala Lumpur, we have to take picture infront of the Innov8 billboard near Wisma Sime Darby and another one is near Sungai Wang. What the best thing it is Flying Fox at Menara Kuala Lumpur. This is the best Flying Fox I experienced so far. We had our lunch at Menara Kuala Lumpur and dinner at Kristal Sakura Restaurant, Taman Melawati. That was great!

Through experienced the Innov8 hp, the camera are really damm good! Especially with video recording quality and the speaker as well. The stereo speakers are really loud and clear. Only one thing I dislike about this hp, the GPS. GPS doesn’t assist us correctly sometimes. Maybe due to Malaysia Satellite that wasn't give accurate information or location. I wish I could have one but again I can’t afford to buy it and I lose the game. 

The hunt was really fun but tiring since the hunt began in the morning and end around 7.00pm. I really enjoy the hunt but I hope they could provide consolation prize (maybe a cheap Samsung handphone) as well and more expensive prizes to be won. Not just the Innov8 or maybe with cash or flight ticket as well. Heheheh…

YAHOO!!! I was shortlisted as one of the 9 participants for the Samsung Innov8 Run hunt that being held on the 1st of November 2008 in Klang Valley.

We had a pre-briefing session in Bon Ton Restaurant (Beside Prince Hotel), Kuala Lumpur. This session basically told us what is all about for the so called treasure-hunt and the features of the handphone, Samsung Innov8. I really envy on that handphone as the features are great!, quality sound and beautiful design! The best thing is 8megapixel camera! We received a goody beg for each participants from Samsung. So we divided into 3groups. Each group will have 3 participants and 1 marshal. I was join the Blue team as I draw the blue colour which is consists of Me, Raj and Daniel. So I hope that i could win this game because I really want Innov8 handphone.

To enter this competition, i have to answer a few questions. There are 72 participants entered and I one of the 9 participants being selected! Which is...

Future Successful Businessman!!

Future Successful Businessman!!

How i gonna be successful??? I will create a network through my contacts from now on. I do have a lots of contact. From now, I can see bigger and better picture for my future with the contact that i have. If you attending dinner, event etc don't be shy to mix around with people because it will boost up your personality skills and yet you have the contact! Through the contact u can be successful person! Sometimes we have to be busy body because to know their background. Once we know, tell our self what he or she could do for me? in terms of business, personal etc. If you don't have contact you might become nobody.

My dream is to open an airline. I know it was impossible for me to open an airlines because i don't have a capital as people might think so. In that case, I will contacts the businessman and combined their fund in terms of equity share so that i could open an airline. I will help the airline in terms of skills how to operate the airlines with cost effectiveness, bombastic strategy, marketing and yet a bit pump up the capital into the airline. i have study a lots in this business and i believe one day i will have my own airline! I will compete with Singapore Airlines, Emirates and our home-grown airline, Malaysia Airlines. Tell yourself that you can I do it and nothing was impossible!! You dreams might become true! I believe it!!!

Sometimes we have to dream big because it will motivate us to become successful person even though we didn't achieve our goals, objectives and dreams! Dont forget the people around you when you become somebody or achieve ur goals. They might help u so to achieve it and yet if u have any problems they might help u so. Sometimes you have to face many problems after achieve your goals. In that case this people might can help u if u still contact them. No matter who they are, what they are... You have to keep in touch and respect them!

Gurlfrennn....

Hahahah.... Talking about my girlfriend... I'm seriously hard to answer it bcoz i don't have one! I like someone in my faculty but she is taken already. Her name is well known by my fren so i wouldn't tell her name.

Currently i don't have one. My type of gf is preferably free hair coz i wanted to hold her hand during our outing time. If she wear scarf that would be OK also. My gf should have a good education background and of course she must be beautiful! Not too-sexy also needed!!! hahaha... Too sexy is too hard to take care. :) Happy go lucky type and understanding gf it would be better because I'm a bit childish.. ;p

Why I don't have gf one?? because im waiting until im reach age of 21 or 22 after i graduated my ACCA. When i started working i have my own source of income so i wouldn't rely on my parents to support me for the relationship like phone calls, food & movie bcoz i was not born in wealthy family. I just go with the flow.... If I have now that would be good or else i have to wait! :)

Having a relationship is big matter and it is not easy as people might think so! Yet i'm afraid to attach now because it is still a long journey for me until i married at age 28-30 or latest is by age of 27. If I couple too long it might wouldn't last until I married. If i have to married earlier then i put it under my consideration. It depends whether i have good financial to support her and my new family

2nd Week of Hari Raya!!

Nothing much happen on 2nd week of Hari Raya. Classes as usual... I think this year Hari Raya wasn't great compared to previous years of Hari Raya. So much less fireworks, open house and lastly the preparation of Hari Raya including buying new clothes etc....

Due the lack of celebration of Hari Raya, I & Khalis decided to catch a movie @ Cineleisure, Damansara on Friday night. We have invited Zikri to come along but he had a test on Saturday. So only two of us went there. We reached there at 12.15am but the movie already closed. :( so we chill out at Starbucks, The Curve as we park our car at The Curve. we went back at 2.00am. On my way back to Shah Alam, we had Burger King for very late night dinner and Khalis sleep over my house. On last Saturday, I went to my uncle's house and followed by Ikram's open house at afternoon (CEO of Avon Asia Pacific's son) and returned at 3.00pm. On my way to send Khalis back home, we stopped at McD for a while due the hot temperature of the weather. During our stop, raining just started and its getting heavily until it flood the road near McD, sect 3, Shah Alam. At night, Shafeeqa made an open-house so she invited only a few of her friends. After that, I went to Rasta, TTDi with my schoolmate friends. On Sunday, I went to Dhanea's open house and a few friends open house i skipped out due to distance. i mean its far! -end-
